Our engineers manage VMware virtualized Linux and Windows server infrastructure. Amaram designs and deploys desktop images, software updates, and patches. LAN/WAN support includes: wireless network design, router/ switch configuration, network diagnostics, and technology evaluation. Oversight activities include cost estimation, project management, and documentation of infrastructure enhancements.
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Amaram planned, organized and implemented the NIH Office of Acquisition and Logistics Management (OALM) web site using Drupal to support NIH’s growing need for a content management system (CMS) to manage its vast content. We ensured the most cost effective solution in implementing this project and provided expert knowledge of 508 compliance testing. We guided NIH staff in creating web content for the Drupal CMS, and edited/verified the content. We trained NIH/OALM groups to enable them to fully exploit the benefits of the CMS solution using training materials we developed.
Defense Health Agency (DHA)
Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) is the military’s electronic health record (EHR). AHLTA is a globally-accessible, secure EHR for uniformed service members, retirees, and their families. It is a data repository of all treatment provided to TRICARE beneficiaries, and gives healthcare providers access to data about beneficiaries’ conditions, prescriptions, diagnostic tests and additional information essential to providing quality care. As a subcontractor to SAIC, Amaram provided AHLTA support including software engineering/ installation, systems integration, system architecture, network analysis, network administration, and quality assurance support for the AHLTA and AHLTA/ CHCSII integration.
