Amaram’s management team has over 30 years of combined experience supporting federal civilian and defense agencies.

Asha Palathingal

President

Asha Palathingal is a technology savvy entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of software and Information Technology services. She has helped major fortune 500 companies in the DC metro area such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Northrop Grumman Corporation with their enterprise-wide customized solutions. Asha has gained crucial technological and systems expertise while helping the Defense Health Agency's mission to merge several different technology platforms, consolidate the military healthcare resources within IT and the other services within a shared services model. Asha holds her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mathematics and Statistics, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from India. She has also successfully completed various technology focused courses at University of Nevada, Reno, USA.

Vinson Xavier

Executive Vice President

Vinson is responsible for company's strategic vision and development of ideas. Vinson provides the professional leadership to the management team to translate the vision into result orientation with business objectives always in sight. Prior to AMARAM, Vinson held positions as Business Systems Technologist (FannieMae, Washington DC), Programmer/ Analyst (Metro Washington Council of Governments), Consultant (KITCO, formerly, the Technology Consulting Division of Industrial Development Bank of India), and Project Engineer (Gulf Road, Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia). Vinson has Masters (University of Nevada, Reno) and Bachelors (Calicut University, Kerala, India) degrees, both in Civil Engineering. Outside of AMARAM, Vinson is actively involved in community and outreach voluntary organizations in the Washington DC area. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Indo-Ameican Center in Washington DC, a 501(c)(3) independent, non-profit, non-partisan, free-market think tank, dedicated to strengthening the emerging strategic partnership and security alliance between India and the US.

Nithin George Eapen

Chief of Technology

Nithin George Eapen is an investor, trader, technologist and entrepreneurial business leader. His core skills include strategy development, network leveraging and team building beside his deep hands-on knowledge of technology and trading. He bootstrapped a boutique IT consulting company from his home to a multi-million dollar business with teams spread across continents and multiple fortune 50 clients. An early bitcoin evangelist he spends his time helping people understand the bitcoin/blockchain space. With an MS in Financial Mathematics Degree from the University of Chicago, his life stories go beyond an interesting path to entrepreneurship from being a market-maker on wall street, a poker player, a trivia-of-all-kinds fan and an avid squash player. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and five children.

Vincent VanLear

Business Development

Vincent is tasked with providing the business development leadership to help Amaram achieve new levels of growth. Vincent has more than 20 years of federal consulting and business development experience, supporting both civilian and defense agencies. He has managed IT contracts, developed and executed business development strategy, and led capture and proposal efforts. Vincent has worked at a number of large and small federal contractors including Unisys, Apptis and Booz Allen Hamilton. He has undertaken specialized training such as Shipley, received his education from Georgetown University, and is pursuing an additional degree from University of Maryland / University College (UMUC). Over his 20+ years in the federal arena, Vincent has developed many long-lasting professional relationships, and looks forward to building new ones in support of Amaram.

Douglas D. Fulmer

Advisory Board Member

Doug serves as a member of Amaram’s Board of Advisors and provides guidance to Amaram’s senior management in long-term strategic planning and business development. Doug has spent twenty-five years in technology marketing and business development. He previously served as Vice President for Business Development for MailSurity Systems, Inc., a software developer and digital mail consulting firm. He served as Director, Civilian Agencies for AT&T Federal Systems, CEO of FMG Consulting, Vice President of Business Development for Zion Networks, and Chairman of the InteGuard Physical Security Alliance. Doug is a frequent industry conference speaker and seminar leader, including presentations for AbilityOne, Security Industry Association (SIA), Government Security Conference (GOVSEC), Information Security Conference (INFOSEC), Sprint’s University of Excellence, the Retail Information Systems Conference (RISCON), and SuperComm.
